What's new
- Heart rate from your Apple Watch right on the workout screen — the watch starts by itself, no taps needed.
- Walk and run cadence now comes from the wrist — live, not a session average.
- Workouts saved to Apple Health now include the route map and correct calories (they used to get lost).
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links on sign-in and in the settings.
