Heart rate from the watch and routes in Health

What's new

  • Heart rate from your Apple Watch right on the workout screen — the watch starts by itself, no taps needed.
  • Walk and run cadence now comes from the wrist — live, not a session average.
  • Workouts saved to Apple Health now include the route map and correct calories (they used to get lost).
  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links on sign-in and in the settings.
