Personal plan and reminders

What's new

  • Personal plan: build your set of exercises for each day. The plan shows on Home and in the new Plan tab, with a tick for every item.
  • Templates and AI plans: start from a ready-made template for your goal, or let AI build a plan for you — the first AI plans are already in the app, with full ones on the way.
  • Reminders: a plan reminder at a time you choose, plus a separate nudge on the last day before your streak burns.
  • New navigation: Plan and Analytics are now their own tabs; weekly and monthly progress with swipe between periods.
  • Safety: a short reminder to train by how you feel — the load stays your responsibility.
  • Exploration XP now also comes from the cardio overlay, plus smaller Apple Watch and Apple Health import fixes.
